The movements can be performed from standing, seated, or lying positions, and they can be adjusted to accommodate individual health conditions.
It is a practice that focuses on calmness and sensitivity, allowing everyone to participate and benefit.
By practicing Qigong, individuals can experience the profound impact of small movements. The philosophy of “less is more” applies here, emphasizing that even subtle movements can have a significant influence on the body, mind, and heart. Qigong offers a variety of approaches for learning and practicing, much like any other sport or discipline.
For me, Qigong is about learning to feel the flow of energy throughout the entire body, mind, and heart.
It helps cultivate inner peace, curiosity, strength, balance, harmony, relaxation, and awakens the joyful wisdom capacity of the mind, heart, and body.
Qigong is regarded as an incredible self-healing method, allowing individuals to tap into their body’s innate healing abilities and promote overall well-being.
